The bimetal screw barrel is sprayed with a layer of 2-2.5mm wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy on the inner wall of the barrel. Its effective service life is greatly improved compared with ordinary nitriding barrels. Formulated to increase wear life, the superiority of bimetals is particularly evident.
The twin-screw bi-metal screw produced by our company uses special alloy powder to spray-weld alloy in the screw-edge part of the screw. It can be used for different functions of the screw, using different alloys and welding methods.
